  3. An allocated RMA number must accompany goods. Do not return items without first obtaining an RMA Number.
  4. Clearly mark RMA number on the outer packaging.
  5. Please undertake anti-static precautions on all printed circuit board assemblies. AMC Limited may not accept any unprotected products.
